The big thinking has now become a big reality. In the race to the White House, finally Donald Trump emerged as the winner. The United States presidential election, held on Tuesday, 8th November 2016 declared Donald Trump as the 45th President of The United States. Donald Trump of the Republican Party crossed the line of 270 votes barrier and getting 279 electoral votes in total defeating Hillary Clinton of Democrat party who got only 218 electoral votes. He is scheduled to take the office on January 20, 2017.
Early life of Donald Trump
Donald Trump was born on June 14, 1946 in Jamaica Estates, Queens. He was the second youngest child among the five children in his family. Fred Trump, father of Donald Trump was one of the biggest real estate developers in the New York city. On father’s side Trump is belongs to German ancestry while on mother’s side was of Scottish ancestry. Early Trump attended the Key- Forest School which he left at the age of 13 due to behaviour problems. Then he joined the New York Military Academy (NYMA) passing eighth grade and high school.
In August 1964, Trump attended the Fordham University in the Bronx for two years. At those times the real estate studies was offered by few, one of which was Wharton School of Finance and Commerce at the University of Pennsylvania. So Trump got transferred here and graduated in 1968 with Bachelor of Science in Economics. While studying he worked at Elizabeth Trump & Son, which was his family company.
While in college in 1966, he was considered fit for the Military Medical Exam and in 1968 was deemed fit by the local draft board. Trump got a year medical deferment in October, 1968.

Talking about his personal life Trump married thrice and has five children and eight grandchildren.

Trump acquires 18 golf courses in U.S and around the world. He has hands in professional sports member, franchise, sponsorship and owner. He has sports interest in football, golf, and cycling. Trump also owns the Miss USA, Miss Universe, Miss Teen USA beauty pageants. Also, in the education field Trump University provide real estates training programs. The Donald J Trump Foundation established in 1988 focus on healthcare and sports related activities.
DONALD TRUMP IN POLITICS
Trump was an early supporter of Republican in 1970’s. He has made contribution to both Republican and Democratic parties candidates. After 2011, he favoured Republican Party than Democratic. On June 16, 2016 he announced his candidacy for President elections.
His campaigns have been quite controversial due to his forward speeches and opponent discussions. He talked about terrorism, economics, health, power, social, foreign policies issues and such in his campaign speeches.
